Pickup Hub
The Pickup Hub program is designed to alleviate traffic congestion around schools during dismissal times. With the Pickup Hub App, schools can track the real-time location of parents on their way to pick up their children, displayed on a centralised monitoring screen. This system streamlines the dismissal process by ensuring children are sent to the pickup zone just as their parents arrive, promoting a faster and more efficient pickup experience while significantly reducing local traffic congestion. It is available for free download.

Key Features:

- User-Friendly Design: Parents can easily register, log in, set up their child’s information once, and start a pickup session with a simple tap of the "On My Way" button.

- Automatic Session Management: The app automatically ends the pickup session once the child has been collected and the car exits the designated pickup zone, allowing parents to focus on driving safely.

- Carpool Management: Carpools can be organised collaboratively between parents and the school. With school approval and easy oversight from the admin section, the system ensures safe and secure carpool operations.

- Security & Privacy: Real-time location updates from parents using the Pickup Hub app can only be initiated by the parent when needed and will automatically stop once the pickup session is complete. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on https://gnhitsolutions.com.au/privacy-policy
