The Pomodoro technique is a time management method that suggests working in 25-minute intervals, without interruptions or distractions, and adding 5-minute breaks. Their goal is to set goals and improve productivity.

Pomodoro Focus Timer Plus is a simple tool/process to improve productivity (yours or your team members) to do the following:

Relieves anxiety related to the start
Increase concentration and focus by reducing interruptions.
It makes you more aware of your decisions.
Increase your motivation and keep it constant
Strengthen your determination to achieve your goals
Refine the estimation process, both in qualitative and quantitative terms.
Improve your work or study process
Strengthen your determination to continue applying yourself to complex situations.
