Access live and recorded video from your Ednetics Protect system with the new Protect Mobile app. Eliminate the need to manually input IP addresses and connection settings, manage user permissions with ease, streamline the process of accessing recorders and recorded video, and reduce the overhead of managing your Ednetics Protect system from this simple to use mobile app.

  • - Added Person and Vehicle analytics as sub-types under the Analytics Events in Search.
    - Added new grid layout options with one large pane on top and four or six smaller views below in both Live and Search modes.
    - Added the ability to rearrange the camera placements on the grid layout.
    - Added a status icon to the location list to display when a location contains offline or unreachable devices.
    - Improved connection speed when opening the app and automatically connecting to the most recent location.
    - Updated the Select Layout and the Select Stream Quality selection icons for improved usability.
    - Added the 6-grid layout to Search under Select Layout.
    - Added logic to retain your last selected grid layout when reconnecting to a location, providing a consistent and personalized viewing experience.

    - Fixed an issue that may have caused the user to be re-directed to the Locations list after connecting to a location.
    - Fixed an issue that caused the app to sometimes not connect to a selected location.
    - Fixed an issue that caused the first page of cameras to display if a user was on a different page.
    - Fixed an issue that caused the last page of cameras to display if a user changed the orientation of the device.
    - Fixed an issue that caused the wrong camera to display when opening the push notification for an Alert.
    - Fixed an issue that caused audio distortion from some cameras when listening to live, recorded, or two-way audio.
    - Fixed an issue that caused some cameras to display in live view, but not display in recorded view.
    - Fixed an issue that caused Event Search for specific sensors to return results for all sensors.
