The mission behind Pundit Impact is simple: use the Impact Echo application to map out variations in slab thickness and to detect defects such as voids and delaminations. On the other hand, you can also use the Pile Integrity application to verify the length of concrete piles and to identify any major defects for investigation at the earliest possible stage to avoid costly repairs at a later date.
The revolutionary PI8000 is the world's most productive impact application unit with full traceability and flexible features. It is completely integrated into the Screening Eagle Technologies Workspace environment allowing immediate collaboration with off-site colleagues. - Say hello to "Lowered Minimum Wave Velocity" and app version 2.1.3 of the world's most user-friendly, intuitive, and high-performance handheld Pile Integrity and Impact Echo tester, the Pundit PI8000. This new update offers a lower minimum velocity measurement capability of the PI8000. This new feature opens the door to a multitude of new applications, particularly for impact echo test of old concrete damaged by time and stress caused by weather & temperature.
To continually and further enhance the experience, we have made the following improvements:
. Reduced minimum velocity for impact echo at 400 m/s.
