The app includes an expert system to guide the maintainer in resolving the issue and provides access to relevant manual and instruction videos.
Integrated with the mobile phones notification features the Maintainer will be notified of new faults even if the allocation id closed.

• Shows the geographical location of equipment, trackside infrastructure and failures on a map
• Turn by turn navigation to equipment location

• Alarm information is enhanced by a knowledge base of corrective actions.
• Online access to equipment specific documentation and instructional video’s
• Displays a list of current and historic alarms.
• Displays contact information for Siemens customer support team
• Integrated bug reporting and improvement suggestion collection.
• Content and interfaces available in multiple languages.
• Display Points analisys Data and KPI's .
• Prediction of point failure
• Integration with CMMI ( currently Siemens Coremap and IFS )
