เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลเมืองที่ครอบคลุมกับบริบทของแต่ละเมือง แอปพลิเคชัน Sar ได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนการแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาเมืองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะถูกนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อวางแผนการบริหารจัดการเมืองในทุกมิติ มุ่งสู่การเป็นเมืองที่มีความยั่งยืนทั้งในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน
นอกจากนี้ แอปยังเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการเมือง โดยสามารถแจ้งเรื่องราวร้องทุกข์และข้อเสนอแนะต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างง่ายดาย ผ่านช่องทางที่ออกแบบมาให้สะดวกและเข้าถึงได้ทุกคน ซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการสร้างเมืองที่มีการบริหารจัดการอย่างมีส่วนร่วมจากประชาชน นำไปสู่การพัฒนาเมืองที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการและบริบทเฉพาะของแต่ละเมืองอย่างแท้จริง
