A SBPT desenvolve projetos em parceria com a AMB, Ministério da Saúde, Conselho Federal de Medicina (CFM), sociedades estaduais de Pneumologia e associações estrangeiras de Medicina Respiratória, como ALAT, ATS, ERS, ACCP, APRS, SPP e SEPAR.
Nossos compromissos
Valorizar a produção científica nacional, com a edição do Jornal Brasileiro de Pneumologia.
Oferecer conhecimento atualizado para os profissionais da saúde em eventos científicos nacionais e internacionais.
Informar a população, organizando campanhas em prol da saúde respiratória.
Lutar pelo ensino de qualidade da Pneumologia, oferecendo educação continuada e programas de ensino a distância para estudantes e profissionais da saúde, fiscalizando e padronizando os programas de residência médica.
Defender o pneumologista e seus pacientes, batalhando junto ao poder público por condições éticas de trabalho.
O que fazemos?
Jornal Brasileiro de Pneumologia: revista científica de periodicidade bimestral, principal órgão de divulgação da especialidade.
Programa de Educação Continuada (PEC): atualização presencial em Pneumologia, oferecida pela SBPT em cidades onde a atividade científica não é frequente.
Plataforma de Ensino a Distância (EaD SBPT): cursos de atualização em Função Pulmonar (Básico e Avançado); Imagem; Medicina do Sono; Asma Para a Atenção Básica; entre outros.
Congresso Brasileiro de Pneumologia: principal evento da SBPT, com extensa grade científica, convidados internacionais e eleição de Diretoria. É realizado a cada dois anos, em anos pares.
Cursos Nacionais de Atualização em Pneumologia e em Pneumologia Pediátrica: aulas preparadas pelas Comissões Científicas da SBPT anualmente, no eixo Rio-São Paulo.
Curso Nacional de Doenças Intersticiais: realizado a cada dois anos.
Congresso Brasileiro de Asma, DPOC e Tabagismo: organizado em anos ímpares.
Prova de Título de Especialista: em parceria com a AMB.
