Popis
Tramite la App installata, semplicemente scuotendo il tuo smartphone, potrai inviare con immediatezza una Richiesta di Soccorso direttamente alla Centrale Operativa Sicuritalia, insieme con:
- le coordinate GPS dell’ubicazione in cui si trova lo smartphone;
- il video ripreso dalla videocamera dello smartphone;
- l’audio catturato dal microfono dello smartphone.
Protezione24 Persona, opportunamente impostato, può anche riconoscere se con il tuo smartphone addosso cadi a terra e non ci sono più movimenti. Anche in questo caso verrà automaticamente inviata alla Centrale Operativa Sicuritalia una Richiesta di Soccorso.
Gli operatori della Centrale Operativa Sicuritalia, attiva H24x365, ricevuta la richiesta, avviseranno i soccorsi pubblici.
Le registrazioni video e audio ricevute saranno custodite nel rispetto della legge sulla privacy e, all’occorrenza, potranno essere messe a disposizione delle Autorità.
Si raccomanda un utilizzo attento e consapevole della APP, onde evitare un’ingiustificata attivazione dei soccorsi pubblici.
