Spirit Crew is the first application to centralize all these services. Very easy to use, it is aimed at captains, sailors and seafarers. Monitoring is guaranteed. Enough to have the wind in your sails!
Recruitment :
Nothing's easier ! For job seekers, simply create a profile, then upload your CV with up-to-date diplomas. Thus, it will be consultable by all registered captains looking for a new team.
On the recruiters’ side, it’s just as simple. You must create an account. CVs of sailors/seafarers are available. As soon as a profile is selected, all that remains is to exchange for a future interview and the game is on!
This recruitment mechanism offers total transparency and visibility for everyone. The opportunity to obtain great opportunities for a successful season!
