Com as alterações implementadas pela reforma trabalhista, esse tipo de contratação permite que as empresas chamem seus empregados para exercerem funções quando necessário, ocorrendo alternância de período de prestação de serviços e de inatividade, determinados em horas, dias ou meses, independente do tipo de atividade do empregado e empregador, otimizando os investimentos com pessoal.
Além da utilização deste sistema para o controle do trabalho intermitente, também é possível efetuar os controles de chamados e comparecimento dos colaboradores contratados em diferentes modalidades como por exemplo: MEI, trabalhos avulsos, trabalhos temporários, autônomos e outros trabalhadores.
O sistema oferece toda a praticidade para a gestão dos recursos humanos de empresas de diferentes ramos e tamanhos, tais como a convocação e a confirmação das jornadas de trabalho, o controle de frequência por meio de QRCode e emissão de relatórios gerenciais, que incluem a apuração da quantidade das horas trabalhadas entre outras informações
