Sync
Designed for film, TV, and live production, this app outputs SMPTE LTC over the device’s audio, locks to network time (NTP) for accuracy, and gives you the controls you need to match your workflow—frame rate, user bits, audio settings, latency compensation, and more. A clean interface, visual ring flash, and optional voice announcements make it easy to monitor and operate on set.

Features:

• LTC generation
• Start/Stop LTC with a single tap
• Choose your frame rate to match camera or audio recorder
• Configure LTC bitrate and invert polarity when needed

• NTP time synchronization
• Automatic NTP resync for drift-free operation
• Visual indicators for timing (e.g., video early/late) and latency in frames

• User Bits control
• Set user bits to Date mode or fully Custom
• Enter custom user bits as 8 hex digits (e.g., 1A2B3C4D)

• Voice announcements (TTS)
• Hear the next timestamp announced at regular intervals
• Choose whether to include units (hours, minutes, seconds)

• Notes
• Quick note placeholder for session info
