En effet, le lecteur de cartes chauffeur pour téléphone mobile TachyMobile permet d’envoyer à partir d’un lecteur Bluetooth et d’un smartphone le fichier légal C1B (ou DDD, TGD) contenu dans la puce des cartes conducteurs. Seul le fichier légal est envoyé, et nécessite donc pour être lu un logiciel standard du marché.
Ce lecteur de cartes conducteur tachygraphe permet d’envoyer à partir de n’importe quel endroit, 24h/24, le fichier légal C1B (ou DDD, TGD). Ainsi, l’employeur peut réaliser l’archivage légal dans les délais imposés par la Réglementation Sociale Européenne. Il pourra également analyser les données sociales de ses chauffeurs avec le logiciel de lecture chronotachygraphe adapté. Comme notre logiciel TACHOGEST par exemple.
Par ailleurs, les données issues de la carte chauffeur tachygraphe seront envoyées immédiatement par mail ou tout moyen informatique convenu.
Aussi, les cartes CHRONOSERVICES de toutes générations peuvent être lues avec ce service ; les cartes conducteurs étrangères également.
Les pré-requis à avoir pour l’utilisation de notre lecteur Bluetooth
Notre lecteur Bluetooth peut être utilisé sur un téléphone mobile avec les pré-requis suivants :
– Système d’exploitation minimum
IOS 8.0
– Bluetooth® Smart BLE-Bluetooth® Low Energy 4.0
– Posséder une connexion WIFI ou GPRS
Par ailleurs, ce service est particulièrement adapté pour :
