Dienstplan
In TIMEOFFICE mobile kannst Du Dir Deinen Dienstplan entweder in der Monatssicht anzeigen lassen oder einen bestimmten Tagesplan auswählen. Verwendet Ihr auch einen Einsatzplan, wird dieser zusätzlich in der Tagessicht angezeigt.
Zeitkonten
In den Zeitkonten siehst Du etwa, wie viel Resturlaub Du noch hast, wie viel Stunden Mehrarbeit pro Tag aufgelaufen sind und wie viele Bereitschaftsdienste Du geleistet hast.
Meine Daten
Mit TIMEOFFICE mobile kannst Du Deine persönlichen Daten wie Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse jederzeit aktualisieren. Da die App mit den Stammdaten in TIMEOFFICE verknüpft ist, wird die Anpassung automatisch übernommen.

Über das Mitteilungssystem in TIMEOFFICE mobile können Eure Vorgesetzte Euch direkt erreichen. Wenn es Informationen gibt, die für Euch relevant sind, erhaltet Ihr sie auf diesem Weg sofort und ohne Umwege.
