Tristar Survey
TRISTARSURVEY è un sistema software pensato per le aziende che operano nel settore medicale, come supporto regolatorio e come strumento di supporto alle attività di marketing e alle attività di sorveglianza post-marketing.

L’applicazione mobile consente la raccolta delle informazioni di efficacia, sicurezza, usabilità e gradimento dei prodotti medicali distribuiti in farmacia, parafarmacia, erboristeria o promossi tramite informazione medico-scientifica presso la classe medica. L’applicazione consente agli agenti ed agli informatori di raccogliere in modo semplice le risposte a questionari sul campo e di trasmetterle automaticamente ed in tempo reale alla sede. E’ inoltre dotata di un sistema che consente alla sede aziendale di comunicare notizie e altre informazioni e ricevere feedback.

Il sistema TRISTARSURVEY consente di gestire e analizzare questionari complessi con domande aperte, chiuse, a risposta multipla e rating; può anche essere impiegato come strumento per la raccolta di risposte a test o quiz per determinare l’efficacia delle attività di formazione del personale o come strumento di valutazione attitudinale.

TRISTARSURVEY funziona in accoppiamento ad un software di backoffice dedicato, progettato per il controllo delle attività di tutti gli agenti / informatori gestiti dall’azienda.
