- Added support for changing outbound caller ID before making an outbound call. Extension users can choose to use an outbound caller ID for all outbound calls, use a different outbound caller ID for each outbound call, or follow system settings.
Added a status icon (Ringing) next to extension user's profile image. When an incoming call is ringing on an extension, the status icon will be displayed.
Optimized user experience for call transfers; Music on Hold (MoH) will play immediately when extension users select a transfer type.
Added support for redialing the last number dialed by clicking the call button.
Added support for holding up to 6 active calls at the same time.
Optimized Presence to provide a more visual reference to extensions' availability & status; Presence information can be edited directly with additional note.
