Mô tả
Die unterschiedlichen Bücher werden in Form angepasster Vorlagen bereitgestellt. Bislang können folgende Anlagen mit dem VdS Betriebsbuch digital geführt werden:
- Wasserlöschanlagen (VdS 2212)
Die Kontrollen und Mängel werden in Form einfacher Listen geführt. Textbausteine helfen, öfter auftretende Mängel schnell zu erfassen. Termine werden nach Vorgaben des VdS hinterlegt, so dass anstehende Kontrollen regelmäßig zur Wiedervorlage angezeigt werden.
Nach Abschluss einer Kontrolle wird der Kontrollbericht angezeigt und kann bei Bedarf in Form einer PDF-Datei versendet werden.
Die Daten werden immer lokal auf dem mobilen Erfassungsgerät gespeichert, bei bestehender Internetverbindung werden sie zusätzlich auf den App-Servern gesichert. Dies ermöglicht bei einer längeren Abwesenheit des Anlagenwartes das Übertragen des Betriebsbuchs auf ein anderes Endgerät, um die Kontrollen dort in Vertretung fortführen zu können.
