From conductor data, run length, and load, it computes ΔV, drop rate, terminal voltage, return loop resistance (DC), adopted conductor temperature, and recommended cross-section (mm²) in real time. It also shows GOOD / CAUTION / NG ratings with one-line explanations, likely causes, improvement suggestions, and risk notes.
The plug reference lets you verify representative NEMA (5/6, L5/L6) and IEC (C5/6/7/8/13/14/15/16/19/20/21/22) models via cards and search.
Features — Voltage Drop (Calculate)
Inputs: conductor cross-section (mm²), material (Cu/Al), insulation (PVC70/XLPE90/PVC105), ambient temp (°C), run length (m), supply voltage (V)
load current (A) or load power (W), circuit type (DC / single-phase 2-wire / three-phase 3-wire), power factor (PF), reactance use and X (Ω/km), allowable drop (%), optional conductor temperature (°C)
Outputs (real time): ΔV, drop %, terminal V, loop R (DC), adopted conductor temp, recommended cross-section (mm²)
