描述
Zur Bearbeitung der Daten/Protokolle steht neben der Anwendung als iOS-App eine Webanwendung zur Verfügung, womit eine nahtlose Arbeit zwischen Büro- und Feldarbeit ermöglicht wird. Über die einzelnen Protokolle stehen Vorlagen für Berichte zur Verfügung, um z. B. besondere Ereignisse fortlaufend zu protokollieren.
Außerdem verfügt die Datenbank über die Möglichkeit, die Daten in eine Excel-Tabelle auszugeben, um diese anschließend an die DBBW-Datenbank übergeben zu können. Darüber hinaus besteht über weitere Schnittstellen die Möglichkeit, die Daten an weitere Datenbanken zu übergeben, wie z.B. behördeninterne Datenbanken.
Auch ist die Datenbank flexibel und kann an die Vorgaben des jeweiligen Nutzers in der Struktur der Ausgabe der einzelnen Daten angepasst werden. Ebenso können den Protokollen externe Dokumente (PDF) und Bilder hinzugefügt werden.
Die Datenbank steht nur lizenzierten Nutzern zur Verfügung und ist für Behörden, deren Beauftragte und Dienstleister entwickelt. Für weitere Informationen nutzen Sie bitte das Kontaktformular.
