Super-Res Radar + StormNet
StormNet is our AI-powered severe weather forecast system that produces real-time, high-resolution 7-day forecasts for lightning, hail, damaging thunderstorm winds, and tornadoes. Super-Res Radar is the highest-resolution radar data available from 159 stations across the continental United States. Combined, Super-Res Radar + StormNet provides a first-of-its-kind, multiple-component AI severe weather forecast system for the United States.
3D & Offline Maps
We make it easy to track incoming storms with high-resolution current and forecast global radar. New accounts will automatically receive the full OpenSnow experience, with no credit card or payment information required. If you choose not to purchase OpenSnow after the free trial is over, you will be automatically downgraded to a free account and not charged. You will still be able to compare snow reports and view weather forecasts.

OpenSnow Base is an auto-renewable subscription, which will renew yearly at $49.99 USD. Payment will be charged to the user's Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal. If the auto-renewal fails due to a payment issue, you will still be able to access the paid content for 16 days while Apple attempts to collect payment. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

11-15 Day Forecasts
View multi-model 15-day forecasts for any location on Earth. Go to the Favorites screen and/or any individual location screen to view the OpenSnow forecast for the next 15 days. Please note that this will move to a new “Premium” subscription tier later this fall.
Snowmaking (Wet Bulb Temp) Forecast
View the snowmaking (wet bulb temp) forecast in OpenSnow using our forecast range charts for any ski resort location. Go to any ski resort screen, scroll down to the “Forecast Range” section, and select the “Snowmaking” chip to get started. Please note that this will move to a new “Premium” subscription tier later this fall.
Severe Weather Alerts
Receive alerts from OpenSnow when severe weather is likely or occurring at your current location. These alerts come directly from Super-Res Radar + StormNet, our new AI-powered severe weather forecast system. Open the app, tap the “My Location” tab, and turn “Alerts On” to get started. Please note that this will move to a new “Premium” subscription tier later this fall.
