As this is a native iOS build, there are some differences from the free etherweb version:
* Settings can be backed up easily
* Better touchscreen support
* Much faster loading times
* Audio is automatically activated
* Better graphics rendering
* Animations run more smoothly
...and in future releases will have other subtle differences, that are simply not possible in a browser.
