You have projects, and OnePage will help you plan, track, and communicate professionally. It's as beautiful as it is functional.
The popular OnePage format, designed by Simple Genius, is powerful because the constraints force you to focus on what is most important. You and other stakeholders can then quickly absorb the status of the project. It is ideal for keeping your project stakeholders up to date, without overwhelming detail.
OnePage uses an approach known as 12-by-12 project management, in which every project is broken down into no more than 12 tasks and spans 12 blocks of time. The time scale can range from days to years depending on the project. Literally any project of any scale can be represented this way.
OnePage also optionally lets you define Owners for each task and/or track planned and forecasted costs, with auto-calculation of a cost variance for the overall project.
As a Project Manager you have a tough job and can benefit from a full toolbox, so OnePage can share project files with SG Project Unity and SG Project Feather, where you can manage your projects in great detail, to stay in control.
