Manage .strings, .xcstrings, and .lproj directories in a structured way at one place – without confusing editors or error-prone tables. Convert strings catalogs to classic .strings files and back. Useful for migrations, legacy projects, and mixed setups.

1. Template for ChatGPT & Co.
BetterLocale Code creates a suitable template. You translate externally (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepL) and paste the result back. The app assigns the content and updates your entries.
2. Directly via API in the app
Translate directly via API and specify context, tone, and target audience. Supported are OpenAI, DeepL, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity (API key required). Your key stays local in the macOS keychain. With affordable models, even multiple translations often cost only a few cents, as billing is by text volume.

BetterLocale Store offers automatically renewing subscriptions with different durations (1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region.
