- What this app can do
Translate HTML with AI is an application for the automatic translation of website texts into one or more languages. The text content of the website can be translated. The great advantage of this app is that the content of many HTML pages is automatically translated into many languages without the need for a lot of tedious manual translation work, e.g. by copying and pasting. However, this does not mean that the application can completely replace manual work.
The app translates the text (content in the body part) of HTML pages.
Parts of the text can be excluded from translation using regular expressions.
Individual HTML tags can be completely excluded from translation using regular expressions.
The text (content) of meta tags can be translated. You can select which tags are to be translated.
The HTML files must be available locally on the same computer on which Translate HTML with AI is running.
- What this app cannot do
This application cannot perform any structural or organizational tasks for you. The translation of menus is only possible if they are not available as CSS. Title attributes cannot yet be translated.
Currently, only one subfolder can be edited per language and no nested subfolders. This is only planned for a later version, if required.
The app does not translate any text in CSS or script files or any files that are located on a server.
- Function
Translate HTML Files with AI is a program for translating websites into one or more languages. The software uses DeepL, currently the best translation service, to provide meaningful and understandable translations.
Texts can be translated automatically into up to 30 languages without user intervention. New text files can be created or existing ones updated.
- Users
In particular, website developers have a wide field of application for translating with Translate HTML Files with AI. For example, the software can be very helpful in localizing new projects by, for example, easily translating HTML files into other languages automatically.
- Prerequisites
You need a DeepL API key, for which you must create a free account on DeepL.com.
Important: The app does not accept paid keys in the current version.

Translate HTML Files with AI supports the following languages: BG, CS, DA, DE, EL, EN, EN-GB, EN-US, ES, ET, FI, FR, HU, ID, IT, JA, KO, LT, LV, NB, NL, PL, PT, PT-BR, PT-PT, RO, RU, SK, SL, SV, TR, UK, ZH.
- Notes
The development of Translate HTML Files with AI has only recently begun. Therefore I have a big request to all users: If you wish functions or functions do not work as you wish, write me via the contact function built into the program. This is the only way I can respond to your requests. Negative reviews here in the App Store do nothing due to lack of communication and only lead to us developers giving up on further development in frustration.
