Super AI Pet is a friendly, desktop AI companion for macOS that runs entirely on your Mac. It gives you fast, conversational assistance without sending your private data to the cloud.

Press Return to send, or click the send button — whichever fits your workflow best.
How It Works (High Level)
Super AI Pet bundles a local AI model and starts a small background server on `localhost` when the app launches. The chat interface sends your messages to this local server, which returns streaming responses that are rendered in the UI.
There is no requirement for external API keys or cloud AI services. Everything is designed to run on your own Mac.

Getting Started
1. Launch the app
Super AI Pet will automatically start its local AI engine in the background.

Click the New Chat button to create a conversation and begin typing your first message.

Open Settings to adjust the system prompt and temperature if you want to fine-tune how the AI responds.
4. Return to past conversations
Use the conversation list to revisit and continue previous chats.
Privacy at a Glance
- Conversations and settings are stored locally on your Mac.
- The app is designed so that, under normal usage, your messages are not transmitted to external servers by the app itself.
- You control your data: you can clear conversation history from within the app or remove the app and its data from your device.
