Hello everyone! I’d love to share the little story behind how I created GridSplit~

It all started with my wife. She absolutely loves creating with Midjourney, making tons of beautiful artworks every day . But every time she wanted to save an image, she had to go through a tedious process: clicking U1-U4, waiting for them to load, and then manually saving each one… Watching her repeat this over and over drove me, a programmer husband, absolutely crazy!

"Honey, why does it have to be so troublesome?"
"Because AI generates a 4-grid image, and if I want to save just one, this is the only way..."

And that’s when I decided—I had to build something to make this easier for her! Without telling her, I stayed up late working on a small tool, constantly tweaking it to make it as convenient as possible. After over 30 iterations, GridSplit was finally born—a little assistant designed to make saving images effortless.

It’s super easy to use:

Just drag in an image (whether from your computer or browser)
- Choose your preferred splitting method (2×2, 3×3—whatever you need!)
- Click to save the one you love, instantly!
- When I finally installed GridSplit on her computer, I casually asked, "Hey, what’s this app? What does it do?"

And then came the moment I had been waiting for—her eyes lit up with excitement as she said, "Wow, I can do this? This is amazing!" That was when I knew—all those late nights of coding were worth it. I quietly left the room, letting her dive into her creative flow.
