„AOK Mein Leben“ – die elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) Ihrer AOK bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihre Gesundheitsdaten zentral zu organisieren. Lassen Sie sich medizinische Dokumente von Ihrem behandelnden Arzt oder Ihrer Ärztin einstellen. Ergänzen Sie diese durch eigene Einträge und erstellen Sie Ihre persönliche Gesundheitshistorie. Diese können Sie bei Bedarf sicher mit weiteren medizinischen Einrichtungen teilen. So erhält Ihr Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin einen schnelleren Überblick und es bleibt mehr Zeit für Ihre Behandlung.

Behalten Sie den Überblick über Ihre Gesundheit: Arztbefunde und weitere medizinische Unterlagen können sicher in Ihrer Akte gespeichert werden. Berechtigte Ärzte und Ärztinnen laden Ihre Dokumente direkt für Sie hoch. Ergänzen Sie Ihre Gesundheitshistorie mit eigenen Unterlagen. Zusätzlich haben Sie Zugriff auf integrierte Informationen wie Ihren Impfpass, Zahnbonusheft, Nachweise über Arbeitsunfähigkeit und vieles mehr. Sie entscheiden individuell, wer welche Daten einsehen darf.

Mit der Medikationsliste behalten Sie den Überblick über Ihre Medikamente und minimieren das Risiko von Wechselwirkungen. Ihre Ärzte und Ärztinnen, Apotheker und Apothekerinnen sowie weitere Fachkräfte können so Ihre Versorgung optimal koordinieren. Daten zu Ihren Medikamenten erhalten Sie direkt aus dem E-Rezept Fachdienst.
