BreathInU fits into your real life. Whether you're taking a short pause between meetings, relaxing after a workout, or building healthy habits from scratch, the app offers simple tools to recharge body and mind. All sessions are based on proven techniques like cardiac coherence, slow walking, deep breathing, and light stretching. These exercises can be done at your desk, on a quick walk, or at home—any time you need to pause, breathe, and reset.
Here are the exercises you’ll find in the app:
Cardiac Coherence
A simple breathing exercise to calm your nervous system and reduce stress. Inhale and exhale slowly with a regular rhythm to help your body relax, improve sleep, and clear your mind.
Box Breathing
Inspired by athletic training, this technique strengthens your lungs and focus. It’s great for intense sports like surfing or running. Follow a steady rhythm of inhale, hold, exhale to improve oxygen flow and mental clarity.
Alternate Nostril Breathing
Switching breath between nostrils balances your nervous system and brings mental clarity. It reduces anxiety and helps you feel more focused and relaxed.
Lateral Breathing
Used in yoga and Pilates, this technique helps you breathe into the sides of your ribcage. It supports posture, digestion, and deepens your connection to your breath and core.
Slow Walking
Match your breath to your steps in this calm, mindful walk. It helps ground you in the moment, slow racing thoughts, and connect to your body—whether you're indoors or outside.
Tap-Tap Walk
Walk on the balls of your feet with steady breaths to energize your legs and boost circulation. It’s a light cardio exercise that recharges you without needing a full workout. A perfect way to stay active during the day.
Eye Stretching
Staring at screens takes a toll on your eyes. These simple exercises relax eye muscles and reduce strain. Follow your finger with your gaze or trace shapes with your eyes to refresh your vision and take a true break.
Side Stretches

Rolling Shoulders
