- Updated:
- - Resolved a file-handling problem where working with files (not notes) could produce strange characters in file and folder paths. Your file names now stay clean, predictable, and exactly as you created them.
- Added an in-app notice about upcoming iOS requirements starting in 2026. If you are on iOS 16 or 17, you will now see a clear heads-up so you can plan ahead and avoid surprises.
- Updated the "Linking your vault" introduction with an extra sentence that explains what qualifies a folder as a vault root folder. This helps you pick the correct folder the first time and avoid setup confusion.
- Improved error reporting in Shortcuts actions, so when something goes wrong you get clearer messages that make it easier to understand what happened and how to fix it.
- Clarified the descriptions of Obsidian File actions to explicitly state they only work with files and folders inside the currently selected vault. This reduces the risk of expecting access to locations that the app cannot reach.
- Added a new "Contact the author" option, making it simpler to request support directly from within the app when you run into issues or have questions.
