Cette application nécessite un compte iCloud.
Cette application gère complètement les actions à réaliser : regroupement en projet, ordonnancement, prise de notes, documentation, délégation, collaboration en équipe.
Elle se distingue des autres applications du même type par la prise en charge d'une plateforme COLLABORATIVE, du CONTEXTE, le TYPE d'ACTION, la PRISE DE NOTES en réunion et sa BASE DOCUMENTAIRE.

En sélectionnant un type d'action, vous améliorez votre productivité : envoyer des emails, téléphoner, évoquer des sujets avec quelqu'un, parler de sujets en réunion, traiter des actions ou les planifier dans l'agenda.

Pour traiter vos actions, vous sélectionnez la vue AGENDA qui vous restitue sur une seule vue :
- VOTRE AGENDA sur 1 année
- les NOTES associées à chaque évènement de l'agenda
- ainsi que les ACTIONS à réaliser dans le lieu où vous vous trouvez ou à évoquer avec vos CONTACTS.
LA PRISE DE NOTES :

L'application intègre une fonction de prise de NOTES qui vous permet
- de PREPARER vos réunions, en y associant éventuellement les documents qui vous seront nécessaires.
- de faire un SUIVI des ACTIONS
- de noter les NOUVELLES ACTIONS
- et de prendre des notes
LA BASE DOCUMENTAIRE :

Toutes vos notes y sont archivées. Vous pouvez aussi importer des documents au format PDF, word ou Excel et des photos.Vous pourrez associer ces documents aux notes de vos prochaines réunions ou à vos actions.
LA SYNCHRONISATION DES DONNEES :

L'application se connecte à votre agenda et à votre carnet d'adresses. Inutile de saisir ces informations en double
Après avoir associé contacts et actions, vous pouvez envoyer vos emails ou passer vos appels téléphoniques directement depuis l'application
Vous déplacez un évènement dans l'agenda, l'application se synchronise ou lorsqu'il y a une ambiguité, vous interroge pour la résoudre.
LES DONNEES MANIPULEES PAR L’APPLICATION :

Les PROJETS : ils permettent de regrouper vos actions par thème. Les projets sont associés à un lieu. Ce lieu sera affecté par défaut aux nouvelles actions, mais vous pourrez le modifier.
Les ACTIONS : le coeur de l'application. Vous pourrez les créer à partir des projets, lors de vos prises de notes ou lorsque vous êtres pressé(e), par le module de saisie rapide.
LES NOTES : Elles vous permettent de gérer vos actions ou celles de vos contacts en réunion. Pour préparer vos réunions, précisez les projets qui seront discutés et/ou le contact avec qui vous faites le point, l'onglet ‘suivi des actions’ listera les actions attendues.
La BASE DOCUMENTAIRE : elle est constituée de vos notes et des documents PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint ou des photos importées dans l'application.
Les CONTACTS : votre carnet d'adresse est accessible. Si vous établissez un lien entre une action et un contact, vous pourrez facilement retrouver toutes les actions qui la concernent lorsque vous rencontrerez cette personne. Grace à cette association, vous pourrez aussi lui envoyer directement un mail ou l’appeler.
L'AGENDA : vous êtes en prise directe avec les rendez-vous de votre agenda. Vous pouvez créer un nouveau rendez-vous ou vous connecter à un rendez-vous déjà existant de votre agenda.
L’INTERACTIVITE AU BOUT DES DOIGTS
L'application est très interactive : cliquez sur un item ou une icone, vous pourrez alors modidier l'information.
