描述
Variable/Placeholder Data- Create data variables of MS Excel column or Word data file and place them into the document template wherever needed by dragging at the required position or double click to place them at the cursor position.
Sending Emails- Send personalized emails to each customer in different formats like embedded HTML, images, or attached PDFs to each customer after merging data from external sources with signature, greeting, and disclaimer messages. Any external file can also be sent as an attachment in the email.
PDF/HTML Output- Create WYSIWYG PDF and HTML outputs from the template document after merging data from external sources like xlsx, xls, CSV, Docx, or text.
The same designed template and data source can be reused multiple times and any changes made in external data sources will be reflected in the output.
SMTP Setup- It can be your web, or public mail SMTP.
Settings for your website mail-
SMTP Name- smtp://mail.yourdomain.com like - smtp://mail.ramasoftwares.com
Port- 587
Sender User Name- "mailid@yourdomain.com" like - contact@ramasoftwares.com
Sender User ID- "mailid@yourdomain.com" like- contact@ramasoftwares.com
Password- "password?" (your contact email password)
Universal mailing service providers like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
Server Name- smtp.mail.yahoo.com/smtp.gmail.com
Port- 587
Sender User Name- "user id"
Sender Mail ID- "MailId@yahoo.com" or "MailId@gmail.com"
Password- "password?" (MAC App password for third party apps)
Use Cases- This dynamic solution can be used in almost all type of business. These are some use cases-
- Keep your customer up to date by sending updated/new pieces of information.
- Medical test labs can send medical/test reports to the customers.
- Real State can send design templates, offers, etc.
- The education department can use it to send schedule timetables, marks, notifications, etc to their students.
