描述
"Clipboard Search" is designed to record and store large amounts (measured in years) of clipboard history, and provides efficient and accurate search functions. It currently has the following features:
1. Carefully designed efficient data storage structure: By organizing and compressing data to store on disk, it keeps the memory usage as low as possible while the app is running. The carefully designed storage structure ensures efficient comparison updates for new entries, and the accumulation of historical data almost does not affect the storage speed of new content.
2. Easily store and manage several years of historical data: This app supports custom history number limits, with a default value of 100,000, which is usually enough to hold a year's worth of clipboard data. Of course, you can freely adjust the limit up to a billion. At the same time, through a carefully designed comparison update algorithm, the same historical entries will only exist once. When the history number limit is reached, historical data that has not been used for a long time will be deleted first.
3. Multiple search methods are available: Currently, we support three search methods: text matching, regular expression matching, and fuzzy search. This is usually sufficient for high-speed search of clipboard history within a year. At the same time, we plan to add an additional full-text index option in future versions to provide better search support for larger data sets.
4. All search options support automatic matching of simplified and traditional Chinese, and support for text case sensitivity.
5. A thoughtful history cleaner, which currently supports filtering and deleting historical clipboard data by size and time.
