- Added an option to lock scroll direction
- Added an option to not lock cursor position while scrolling
- Changed mouse event handling to pass through click events if scrolling didn't happen, so you can use middle-click as normal without dragging.
- Loosened the modifier key requirement to ignore any modifier key presses when none are required, so you can drag scroll while holding any modifier.
