InerziaTimer is a simple, powerful, and easy-to-use timer utility for Mac that helps you measure time precisely—whether you’re working, cooking, studying, or taking breaks.

Its clean, non-intrusive interface fits seamlessly into your desktop, and it’s optimized to use minimal system resources. With Countdowns, a Stopwatch, and a Reminder, InerziaTimer covers all your time tracking needs in one sleek app.

Key Features

• Countdown: quickly set a countdown using the keyboard or the intuitive knobs. At the end of the countdown, you can choose what happens: play a sound (custom volume and optional repetition), speak a sentence using the system voice, show a system notification, display a dialog, open a file or launch an app
Pause and resume your countdown anytime. Perfect for work sessions, Pomodoro routines, or cooking timers.

• Stopwatch: start timing instantly and log lap times with precision. InerziaTimer calculates lap averages automatically and lets you expor lap results to a text file. Need to repeat the same interval? You can copy a stopwatch time directly into the countdown with a single click.

• Reminder: set reminders for any future date or time, great for long-term tasks. Like the countdown, the reminder supports customizable actions and runs independently.
Note: while countdowns are limited to 24 hours, reminders can be set for any future date.

Lightweight and Privacy-Friendly
InerziaTimer is designed to stay out of your way:
• Minimalist interface
• Tiny memory footprint
• Absolutely no tracking, no ads, and no background analytics

Please note: InerziaTimer must remain open to keep timers or reminders active. It cannot run in the background after quitting or wake your Mac from sleep.
