Sie fördert einen schnellen und umfassenden Wissensaustausch zwischen Ihnen und allen Personen, die an Ihrer gesundheitlichen Versorgung beteiligt sind.
myHealth schafft den Zugang zu Ihrer Akte. Sie ermöglicht Ihnen, am Desktop-PC oder Laptop auf Ihre ePA zuzugreifen:
• wichtige Dokumente und Informationen einsehen
• Inhalte Ihrer Akte eigenständig verwalten
• Zugriffsrechte einstellen
• Zugriffe nachverfolgen
Voraussetzungen
• Versicherte Person die/der „KRANKENKASSENNAME“
• macOS Big Sur (Version 11) oder höher. Kein Gerät mit verändertem Betriebssystem
• Ein an den PC oder Laptop angebundenes Kartenlesegerät der Sicherheitsklasse 2 oder 3 zum Auslesen einer NFC-fähigen elektronischen Gesundheitskarte, beispielsweise:
o REINER SCT cyberJack RFID Chip-Kartenlesegerät standard (Sicherheitsklasse 3 mit PINPad und Display)
o CHERRY Smart Terminal ST-2100 (Sicherheitsklasse 2 mit PIN-Pad)
o IDENTIV SPR332 v2.0 (Sicherheitsklasse 2 mit PIN-Pad)
