Designed from the ground up by actual users in the production field, ProdCom provides real solutions for challenging communication situations. Monitor engineers can easily field multiple requests at once for mix changes without missing a beat. FOH engineers can visually verify what is said over the shout speaker when the PA system is too loud or when a speaker is not appropriate for the show. Show Callers can have the peace of mind to step away and know they will return to a timestamped transcript of everything missed on comms.

Multi-Channel Transcription
- Recreate your audible communication channels into a real-time visual format that can be used in tandem with voice or in a standalone situation
Channels
- Add a channel for each audio input and customize with a unique name and color to easily see who is speaking at a glance
Groups
- Keep your communication organized by creating groups to combine individual channels into a unified, visual conversation
Customizable Windows
- Design layouts based on your specific workflow needs using single chat style windows or floating separate windows of individuals or groups for constant visual monitoring
Keywords
- Automatically highlight the important words that you designate within the transcription of a channel or group
- Customize your keywords with colors or select text replacement to auto-swap the text with another word or emoji
- Configure keywords to automatically trigger in-app alerts or respond to MIDI events
Language Selection
- Any language available for On-Device Dictation with macOS can be used for speech processing within ProdCom
- Select a language globally, across all channels, or specify different languages for different channels

Translation
- Easily enable translation of any ProdCom Channel to your preferred language within ProdCom’s settings
Unread Indicators
- A red dot at the corner of the channel icon clearly indicates when a new transcript is generated that is not visible in your current view. so you never miss a message
Missed Keyword Indicators
- A number will appear next to a channel or group when a keyword that you have specified is detected in a transcript, but is not currently visible
Export Transcripts
- Export transcripts for record keeping or training purposes
Backup Settings
- Export your ProdCom settings for easy backup and restoration on your Mac
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
For the best experience, we strongly recommend macOS 14+. ProdCom works with both Intel and Apple Silicon. However, performance is vastly improved with Apple Silicon machines. ProdCom is compatible with all audio interfaces and virtual drivers that work with macOS, including UB MADI, Waves SoundGrid, Dante Virtual Soundcard, AVB, and more.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:
ProdCom requires an active subscription to unlock its features. ProdCom is available with a 7-day free trial. Once the trial ends, the monthly or annual subscription, as selected at activation, will be charged. Payments are charged to your App Store account and automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time up to 24 hours before the end of the subscription period in your account settings. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to ProdCom will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
