- **Sequential Renaming**: Number files in sequence with customizable base names and padding
- **Smart Date Ordering**: When using sequential mode, files are automatically ordered by date (EXIF date for images, then file modification date)
- **Non-Sequential Options** for use cases when you're not looking to make an image sequence:
- Date & Time based naming (using EXIF data when available)
- Random unique name generation

- Rename in place or to a separate output directory
- File extension filtering to only rename some files from your source directory
- Support for all file types with special handling for images
