PAS is a simple, intuitive, and turnkey program used by school and workplace staff to instantly alert and request help from internal responders and colleagues – saving time and lives.
- Request Help or Create Internal Awareness of an Emergency
- Receive Alerts with Audible Notifications in the event of an on-site Emergency
When help is needed, whether life or non-life threatening, PAS lets assigned users instantly request assistance from colleagues with a simple push of a button, significantly improving internal and emergency response time.
The emergency or assistance request is instantly and simultaneously sent with the situation and need. These reported facts allow for proper protocol selection and better actioning by responding individuals.
- Provides Pre-Loaded Response Plans
The system delivers pre-loaded response plans (lockdown, take cover) to mobile devices ensuring all recipients are instantly alerted of the situation and actions they need to take.
- Documentation of Situation Details and Actions Taken
PAS captures and stores each event, actions and communication in a cloud repository for view by administrators in the web console. This allows you to reference, track, and/or submit a report as part of any mandated compliance, policy, or procedure.

- Enhanced Security with Multi-factor Authentication (MFA): Your safety and security are our top priorities. That's why we're introducing Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to make logging into STOPit Notify more secure and straightforward. Here’s what’s changed:
1. Email-First Login: We’ve updated our login process to prioritize email. If you’ve been using your phone number to log in and don’t have an email associated with your account, please get in touch with your administrator to add an email or reset your password if needed.
2. Optional MFA for Added Protection: Administrators now have the option to enable MFA for your organization. Once activated, all private members of the organization will need to verify their identity using a 6-digit code sent via email during the login process, adding an extra layer of security.
