Fixed a crash that occurred immediately on first launch for users running Privacy AI on macOS (iPad app on Mac). The initial privacy settings screen failed to load. The app now launches and displays the first-run setup screen correctly.

FEATURES
- Food Search with Full Nutrient Profiles
A new search_food tool queries the USDA FoodData Central database and returns complete nutrient data inline for every result, including macros, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. No follow-up request is needed to see the full breakdown. You can request up to 25 results per search. The tool works out of the box using a DEMO_KEY; if you need higher rate limits, you can enter your own FoodData Central API key in the tool settings.
- Exercise Search by Name, Muscle, or Category
A new search_exercise tool searches the wger.de open exercise database. You can find exercises by name, target muscle group, or category. When your query matches a known muscle or category, the tool runs parallel lookups to return richer results including exercise descriptions, targeted muscles, and required equipment. No API key is required.

IMPROVEMENTS

The get_health_data tool now covers 27 additional data types across six new categories.
