Migrate from Apple Reminders in seconds, take full control of what you export, and enjoy a quieter, faster, more polished WorkFlow throughout. This release is built around two ideas: get your existing tasks in faster, and get your data out on your terms.

IMPORT FROM APPLE REMINDERS
- One-tap migration from the built-in Reminders app. Pick which lists to bring across, and WorkFlow imports each reminder as a task — title, due date, notes, priority, and completion state included.
- Each reminder list becomes a project automatically, so your existing organisation comes with you.
- Read-only by design: WorkFlow never modifies anything in Reminders. Your original lists stay exactly where they are.
- Choose whether to include completed reminders, and duplicates are skipped automatically so re-running the import is safe.

EXPORT WITH PRECISION
- A new export screen lets you pick exactly which tasks to send out — no more "all or nothing".
- Filter by status and project, then tap individual tasks or use Select All Visible to build the export set you actually want.
- Choose JSON or CSV at the top, see a live count of selected tasks, and export only those. Great for sharing a single project's tasks with a colleague, archiving completed work, or extracting just one team's items.

EXPANDED SUBTASKS
- Convert any task into a subtask of another with a single action, so a stray idea can be folded into the right project without retyping.
- Subtasks now support optional due dates, priorities, and notes — they finally hold the detail you'd want without forcing you to promote them to full tasks.
- Added subtasks settings for due dates configuration.

SMARTER SNOOZE
- Snooze a task for 1 hour, Later Today, Tomorrow, This Weekend, or Next Week, and the reminder reschedules to match. No more silent snoozes that never resurface.

KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS
- ⌘N to add a task, ⌘1–5 to switch tabs, ⌘⏎ to save the editor, and ⎋ to dismiss sheets — useful on iPad with a keyboard, and the start of fuller hardware-keyboard support.

DESIGN POLISH
- Long tags no longer push task cards or filters off-screen. Tag chips truncate cleanly and the layout always respects the available width.
- Search results are now grouped by project and show a snippet of where each match was found (title, tag, notes, pinned note, subtask), so you can tell at a glance which result you actually want.
- The header on the main screen has been tightened on smaller iPhones — more room for tasks, less wasted padding, and stat badges only appear when they have something to say.

UNDER THE HOOD
- More resilient handling of "another version of this app needs to update" prompts during share acceptance.
- Cleaner separation between the export and import code paths, ready to grow with more sources and destinations in future releases.
