Added a time sync option to the sequencer gate, so it can work based on time step (all notes treated the same during that particular 1/8 note step in time) rather than note step (each note treated separately)
Added an animation to show the current active step in sequencer mode
Added a color animation to the current gate type button to show when a note is passed through (white) or muted (black)
Added AU user shared presets
Fixed weird font change
Misc other fixes and improvements

If you set this value, a program change message will be sent when the AU is first loaded up, when a new preset is loaded, or when the PC value is changed again in settings/midi. If it is left/set to "X" (the default, unset value) nothing is sent and things work like they always have.
Gate input detection improved - Fixed a bug with gate input. Please note that monophonic gate input is still required, only send one input note at a time, otherwise results are unpredictable.
