Leaders and Officers can now move a player from one Club Clash Room to another when a Clash isn’t active.

Players are no longer charged Gold to start a Club Clash Battle if they have no Chasers left to attack with.

Including:
- Issues with the Undo Demotion feature not working correctly
- The Last Active stat not updating correctly in some situations
