Business model
• The app itself is free to download.
• Zora AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system only.
• There are two subscription products in one subscription group called “Zora Membership”:
1. Basic Monthly — Rosae.crucis.26.Zora.basic.monthly
2. Pro Monthly — Rosae.crucis.26.Zora.pro.monthly
• New eligible users may receive a 30-day introductory free trial.
• Users can subscribe to one membership product in the group at a time and can upgrade or downgrade within the group.

Feature access
• Free / non-member users can view the app and membership screens, but membership-required features are gated.
• Basic unlocks the core Zora experience, including core coherence tools, Daily, Warp, Journal, Predictor, Reality, BioSync, Frequency Lab, Boundary Coaching, and history.
• Pro unlocks Zora AI and advanced analysis tools.

AI behavior
• Pro AI uses Apple’s Foundation Models / Apple Intelligence features on supported devices when available.
• If Apple Intelligence is unavailable on a device, the app falls back to a limited non-cloud fallback intelligence path instead of using a third-party cloud AI provider.
• Apple Intelligence availability depends on device support and whether Apple Intelligence is enabled by the user.

Grandfathering
• Users who previously purchased the older paid version of the app are grandfathered into Basic access.
• In the app this appears as “Founder Basic.”
• This grandfathering does not unlock Pro.

Payments and external services
• This version does not use any external purchase link or external checkout flow for digital content or subscriptions.
• Digital access is unlocked only through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Privacy / data handling
• The app is positioned as an adult-facing productivity, focus, reflection, and wellness-style app.
• It is not presented as a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment app.
• In this version, Pro AI does not require a third-party cloud AI provider for the core Apple Intelligence path.

Support
• The Support URL has been updated to a live support page with contact information and support resources.
• Privacy Policy and Terms of Use URLs are also provided in App Store Connect.
