* Teachers only: In Multiple choice lessons (e.g. Chord and Interval Identification) you are now allowed to have only a lower instrument and no upper instrument, i.e. you can have Multiple choice buttons without showing the staff.

* Help button (question mark) in Lessons overview is missing
* The "Place root of question" setting in Customized exercise did not work

* Added a "Repair results" button in the Preferences "Reset App" section to fix error message shown when loading results
* Fixed in detailed statistics for Interval Singing: results did not show up/down info, only the interval name
