NEW DESIGN

The dashboard is completely redesigned. Cleaner,
calmer, more focused. Your state — Good, Busy,
Stressed, or Overwhelmed — is now the first thing
you see. Everything else is one tap away in a
detail sheet below.

A new living visual at the center of the screen
changes color and moves organically with your
nervous system state. No numbers. No rings. Just
something you can feel.

GUIDED BREATHING SESSION

When you're stressed, a full-screen breathing
session opens with a choice of technique matched
to your current state. The session plays ambient
music, guides your breath with a visual pacer,
and ends only when your HRV actually improves —
confirmed by your Apple Watch, not a timer.

Completed sessions are saved to Apple Health as
Mindful Minutes.

SLEEP CONTEXT

Your sleep from last night now appears alongside
your current state, so you can understand why
your system is where it is today.

NEW STATE NAMES

Your nervous system state is now described in
plain language: Good, Busy, Stressed, Overwhelmed.
No clinical terms. No jargon.

DETAIL SHEET

Tap "More info" to see your full picture —
recovery and pulse direction, today's state
timeline, sleep stages, weekly pattern, your
personal HRV baseline range, and Apple Watch
connection status.

PERFORMANCE

Improved background processing, more accurate
state detection, and better handling of activity
