This update adds the new Shop and a one-time Remove Ads Forever purchase.
Players who remove ads can now continue with 3 lives without seeing interstitial ads.

The free-player life flow has been improved with 3 lives, a Watch to Continue screen, and ad-based continuation.
Heart power-ups now correctly add lives, and the life indicator shows the correct number of remaining lives.

Also included: new Level 2 skyscraper scenery, localized pricing in the Shop, restore purchases support, and various performance and stability improvements.
