새로운 기능: 
In this release, your log tab now remembers your filter settings for each medication. If you usually check the history for just one specific medication, you no longer need to reselect it every time you open the log. Set your preferred filter once, and the app will automatically show you the same focused view the next time you return.

We have also fixed a minor bug with the Grouped Reminders confirmation popup. Previously, you had to tap Dismiss twice to close it. Now, a single tap on Dismiss will close the popup as expected, making it quicker and less frustrating to confirm your reminders.
