Notification Log records notifications locally. The app allows you to browse and export the recorded notifications (JSON format). Usage - Install the app - Enable notification access - 

What's new: 
Version 1.11
- Added support for Android 10
- The notification list is now shown first
- The settings are now accessible through the new bottom navigation
- You can now open apps directly from the notification details screen
- Added a new setup screen
- Removed the optional usage data collection
- Removed the INTERNET permission
- General improvements and small bug fixes
