Designed with a flexible play system, you can forge a path through a world where complex political forces clash in any way you like. Take up arms, dabble in forbidden magic, pursue your enemies from the safety of the shadows, or try and talk yourself into the ranks of the nobles.
Elegosis set in Macedon, under the rulership of Alexander the Great and his vindictive mother Olympias. Intelligent mythological beings known as the Mytha live downtrodden and disenfranchised, used for their unique skills by those in power.
But there is disquiet among the Mytha, whispers of revolution. Tasked only with uncovering the mystery of your past while surviving to see the future, how your story entangles with Mytha and Man is up to you.
How you behave matters in Elegos, providing satisfying outcomes to the smallest of choices dictated by your playstyle. Want to make use of that sword? Get a whole different experience than someone who uses a silver tongue to get what they want.
With a rich cast of characters, from the imperious nobles and calculating Foedus to the unassuming Mytha, how you view the world of Macedon might easily be swayed. Befriend who you like, and make enemies of others. Who knows, maybe you’ll be able to change the role that someone else plays in this world of politics and magic?
