The author lived in rural areas in northern China when he was a child, and many games became popular very late. It was only from sixth grade to junior high school that there were red and white machines and card games available here. At that time, I would go to my younger brother's house every day to watch him fight "Devouring Heaven and Earth" and the Second Robot War (the cassette tape still mentioned the Gulf War). During this time, I particularly enjoyed Devouring Heaven and Earth. At that time, I stood behind him, watched him play, and gave him advice, jokingly calling me the "dog headed strategist".
But the biggest difference between him and me is that he likes Guan Yu, I like Zhao Yun, and he even takes the initiative to put Zhao Yun in the editorial office, abandoning him and using Guan Yu to lead the team. (I'm only a few months older than him, maybe I want to use this to resist me haha)
I always say a lot of words to make him use Zhao Yun, but now it's been 20 years and I still miss that wonderful time.
