Description

crmFLEX is a private, local-first CRM built for small businesses that want full control over their customer data. Track contacts, deals, and tasks through a fully customizable sales pipeline, with a Kanban board that matches how your team actually sells.

Every contact and deal keeps a running activity timeline — calls, emails, meetings, and notes — so nothing about a relationship gets lost between conversations. Tasks can be linked directly to a contact or a deal, keeping follow-ups where you need them, not buried in a separate to-do app.

crmFLEX runs entirely on your device. Your customer data is stored in a local, encrypted database — no cloud account, no third party reading your pipeline, no monthly per-seat cloud fees. If your business also uses ProjectFLEX, you can hand off a Won deal directly as a starting point for a new project, with the transfer encrypted end-to-end and never touching a server.

Back up your database with one click, and export any view to CSV whenever you need your data outside the app. Your pipeline, your data, your machine.
